AB20129 VTCT Level 2 Award in Thermal Auricular Therapy (known as ear candling) £261 to include VTCT Registration Fee. Further costs for uniform approximately £50 and kit approximately £50. The VTCT Level 2 Award in Thermal Auricular Therapy is a specialist qualification that has been specifically designed to help develop your basic knowledge, practical skills and competencies in how to provide ear candling treatments on clients. For this qualification you will develop your interest and aspiration to work in the industry of complementary therapies. You will also develop an underpinning knowledge and understanding of the practical skills learned throughout this qualification. Great addition to any therapies already being offered. You will cover set up, benefits, contra-indications, procedure including facial massage, aftercare, anatomy & physiology of the ear. You will be guided to create a portfolio of evidence, case studies, logs, 1 externally set exam to achieve 70% or over in Health & Safety, and competently perform 3 practical assessments in Thermal Auricular Therapy. Requirements of a Level 2 or equivalent in your learning which will be discussed in an interview. Variety of teaching and learning methods to ensure your needs as a learner are met.
