Crystal Therapy with Reiki

Service Description

A bespoke treatment to help relax and unwind with the use of crystals to bring about positivity and remove negative energies to help balance the mind, body and soul. Crystals will be selected and placed on and around the client. Reiki is the gentle placing or hovering of hands over the client to balance energies which may help ease physical and mental imbalances. Each treatment is adapted to suit the needs of the client with a focus on balancing the chakras. Deep breathing, meditation and the use of essential oils can be included. Reiki is the Japanese for universal life energy and used to describe a system of natural healing through balancing energy flows. The client will remained clothed and lay on a couch. Clients may or may not feel sensations during the treatment but benefits can be deep relaxation and calmness on all levels. Sensations may include heat, tingling or seeing colours, or emotional responses which can indicate shifts of energies taking place. A soothing treatment to help at difficult times when feeling overwhelmed or disconnected.
